Default Missing (Blank) ID's for Outlook 2003 calendar records

Recently, I have not been able to insert new calendar items in my outlook.
I have found out, that the entry ID's are cleared - I have looked at it from
another program.
My mails still have ID's
Outlook 2003 + Exchange server.
Question is, how to repair the database, so I get ID's again.

Best regards
