Default Finding an open room for meetings

When I set up a meeting and look at the scheduleing part, I get the
crosshatch for the room as though it is busy all the time. I have a picture
of it but I can't put it here. I need to know how to get rid of that so it
only show blank or if the room is booked.
I can send a picture to anyone willing to help.

Thanks,
