I have a user who is running Outlook XP on Windows XP. His Free/Busy time
does not show up. We are running Exchange 2000. I've tried the Outlook.exe /CleanFreeBusy and I get an error stating that it can not clean the free/busy information. I've uninstalled Office, removed the registry entries, removed his Outlook profile and then installed office, had him login, recreate the outlook profile. Still nothing He has a Sony Palm Pilot. I checked to see if that was the default for calendar, Nope. I don't think he uses the Palm Desktop software at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Ron |
