Can I create a calendar template that all of my Exchange clients will have
and just upload it to the Exchange server? i.e. scheduled days off for my company. |

Couldn't you use a Public Folder Calendar? Many of my clients have these for corporate events, marketing plans, leave etc. You can make a few and give people limited access. Yes we have been using the public calendars but what I was wanting is to just
post one in all users calendar. Since we are a school entity we have days that are set for breaks holidays and so on. Just wondering if it could be done and if it could how. For almost 500 users? Seems like a awfull lot of work. Sounds like it
cannot be done with just one Exchange Calendar up date for all users. Thanks for the time. "Taylor" wrote: "James Robertson" wrote in message ... You could probably write a server-side script that would accomplish this.
