Outlook.pst file is where all of your Outlook information (calendar, task,
contacts, mail, etc.) is kept.

After furious head scratching, Debbie asked:

Thank you I found the file. Now, if i copy this file from home and put
it on my computer at work, will this overwrite the file from work? If
so is there a way to synchronized home and work?

Only if you put it in the same folder as an identically named file. Outlook
doesn't care what folder it's in, so put it in a folder that currently
doesn't contain a PST or make a new folder for the purpose.

If so is there a way to synchronized home and work?

I use a PDA running WIndows Mobile, but some other ideas can be found he
