HOW DO I COPY MY LAPTOP CALENDER DETAILS TO MY DESKTOP COMPUTER
i use my calender daily on my laptop and want to copy my entries to my
desktop computer but cannot work out how you do it?.

Put Outlook.pst on a usb memory stick, stuff it in the other PC and then within Outlook, file, open Outlook data file. If that doesn't work it's because you didn't bother to state your version! We don't have esp you know. Search for it: Start, Search .... Make sure to use the Advanced Find function and include Hidden Folders.
