But can I merge, say six outlook user calendars so I see six user calendar
events on one calendar? Having six calendars open can really crowd the screen. Especially when you like to view the entire month. Any ideas or fixes? Thank you in advance. Josh |

Outlook 2007 is the first version with calendar overlays. In Outlook 2003, you can view calendars side-by-side. And in any version of Outlook, you can copy items from one folder to another.
