Default Clocks, invinsible recurring entries and delegates

It seems ever since we loaded our patch for the time change we've been
getting crazy things in Outlook. Clocks show up now in some of the
appointments. Some appointments have made themselves recurring. Deleting
these appointments (series) only results in them reappearing. And we have
User A who is a delegate for User B. Anytime changes are made to User B's
calendar, or someone responds to an invitation - not sent by User A - she
gets a message about it.

Is anyone else seeing these issues? Does anyone have any suggestions?
