Outlook 2003
I am trying to figure out how to show a list of employee birthdays that are sorted by month and date so that I end up with a chronological list of birthdays for the month(s). Currently, when I sort by start date, the list sorts by the year of birth. The work around that I am using is to put the day number (01, 02,etc) in the meeting location area and sorting by location while using a category filter for each of the 12 months of the year. Is there a better way to produce this sort? -- JFH |
