I have repeat clients I see sometimes on an irregular basis. Instead of
retyping their name and contact info each time into the calendar (yes, i'm very lazy) how can I copy the info and paste it into a later date without losing their earlier appointments in the calendar? |

drag with the right mouse button to the new date, release and select Copy.
You can drag to dates on the Date Navigator. -- I hope this helps you at least a little bit! You can, when viewing the calendar entire page, click once on the appointment
to highlight it, go to FileCopy. Then go to the day and time you want the next appointment to be scheduled on the calendar and click FilePaste. If there are invitees, you will need to open the appointment and add/delete attendees. In addition, if the location is diifferent, you will have to change that as well. Then just click Send and you're set. "KSR" wrote: I have repeat clients I see sometimes on an irregular basis.
