We are in a situation where there are a few managers that create the
schedules for there departments and we woud like to be able to group these 5 schedules in to one master calender. I have searched for this in help and I have looked in the outlook group, but there doesnt' seem to be a solution. I have found the grouping of calenders that uses the free/busy option. That is not what we need. The 5 schedules that are created individually can be in public folders if that helps. Idealy it would update "live" in the sense that when an event was added to schedule 1 that it would be automatically updated on the master calender. We are all running Outlook 2003 and exchange server. Thanks |

Outlook 2003 has no built-in feature to do this. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm for solutions.
