Favorite Folders
Why after I follow the steps in Adding a folder to favorite folders, does it
not stay in Favorite Folders when I restart Outlook? They are all top level folders, not subfolders. Also, why does the Journal Button disappear and have to be reselected each time I restart Outlook?
