Hi!
In a Win2K server with Office 2K the following occurs: The permissions on the calendar are set as "reviewer" for the users in the network in a manner, that every user can see the availability of other users when setting a meeting. From time to time some users are marked as "No Information" even though the setting on their machine has not changed and they are logged in. Is to say that I "see" them and some times I don't. How do I make them constantly available? Hope my explanation is clear.... Thanks in advance for any help, Hector ד.×’.×”×*דסה |

Sounds like their free/busy information is corrupt. Start Outlook one time with the /cleanfreebusy switch and see if it helps. start-run-outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

Another thing to check for would be to see if the meeting is set
to "Private". This will show up as "I'm busy but No Information". Nikki Peterson "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ... Sounds like their free/busy information is corrupt.
