How can we change the scheduling for users so we can see everyones free/busy
time past December 31, 2006. Right now nothing past this date shows up. It
is all greyed out. The free/busy option is set to publish 6 months of
calendar information on the server... Any one know how to change this so all
users show up for planning meeting requests in the new year?

Cheers!

Just in case anyone else has issues similar to this. I was able to get it
working... What I did was change the free/busy to a longer period (6
months). This alone did not work. I added an entry in the calendar to force
it to update the change with the server... This still did not look. I
exited in and out several times... Still no luck... After waiting hours for
this to update and work, finally what I did was close outlook, then from the
Start, Run, i typed in : outlook /cleanfreebusy and this runs outlook and
clears and then regenerates free/busy information... This worked for me for
our users having the issue... Quite a few... We just migrated from Exch 5.5
to 2003, so maybe it's something related to that why it's not all synched up?
Anywasy, that's what worked for me... Hope this helps someone else...
