I have two people set up to share their bosses calendars -when they go to
Calendars it says 'Calendar' and 'Boss's Calendar'. Typically they don't wan to use their own calender, so they untick the Calendar box and tick the Boss's Calendar box and arrange the screen to show a 5 day week. This is fine until the calendar view is closed -when it is reopened their own calendar is ticked, the boss's one isn't , and as soon as it is selected it reverts to one day per week display. Is there some way of locking the view that is required? (We are not using Exchange here, but are using the third party workgroupshare to set up shares if this makes any difference) |
