How do I troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2003 Calendar?
My outlook calendar is malfunctioning. When I try to open a new Appt.
nothing opens. If I click on the space & type a name I get an error message "Could Not Save Item" Any idea what's up?

Close Outlook, reboot Windows, and then try it again.

How do I troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2003 Calendar?
Interesting. My CEO called with this complaint on Saturday as well. I
had him reboot and all seemed fine, then again the same on Sunday and Monday. It would seem that rebooting fixes this only temporarily in our case. Based on a Microsoft article, I went ahead and compared his rpc DLLs with his Windows version (the same) and I have deleted and reinstalled his TCP/IP protocol, in case this as something to do with rpc. No word yet on whether the problem has returned today. Instinct tells me this will re-occur (I hope I'm wrong). If so, what would you suggest we look at next?
