I have projector set up as a resource that has it's own exchange mailbox and
accepts/rejects meeting request exactly like it should, but someone has to monitor that calendar to determine if/when that resource is needed. How can I properly set it up so that an alternate recipient can be notified when the resource is required ? The only way I've seen this work is if the meeting-requests are sent as either a "required" or "optional" attendee rather than as a "resource", but then that opens up the possibility that the resource could then get double-booked. thx in advance, ~~Robb |
