in calendar view, under Actions, have option of "New Appointment with
Contact" which allows you to automatically select a Contact as an appointment, and simply puts their name as the subject of the appointment, but allows you to further add details to the appointment. This is especially useful in all healthcare offices when you just want put a person's name in as an appointment. doctors, dentists, massage, physical therapists, personal trainers. Even better if you can just add a name to the appointment time, and select from a customized list of procedures or customized list of actions for that appointment, such as "exam", "follow-up", "Cleaning", "blood draw", "vaccination", etc. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
