I have outlook 2003 that i use for scheduling appts for only myself. I
schedule a doctors appointment for let's say Tuesday 10/15 at from 2-4pm and I show the time as "out of the office". Then the later I shedule another appt for Tuesday 10/15 at 3pm ...and the calendar allows me to do this without any notification that I'm already scehduled to be out office on that day between 2-4 pm. what Am I doing wrong? How do I get the calendar to notify me of a conflict? I can't even see that little grey bar everyone is talking about. Thanks for you help! |
