I want to send an appointment with reminder about a monthly activity. This
will be sent to approximately 60 users. I do not want them to be able to do anything but ACCEPT the appointment. Can the decline and tentatively decline options be removed from this appointment? |

Not that I am aware of. Simply send the appointment out without the "request responses" option active.
