Default Can the decline option be removed from an appointment?

I want to send an appointment with reminder about a monthly activity. This
will be sent to approximately 60 users. I do not want them to be able to do
anything but ACCEPT the appointment. Can the decline and tentatively decline
options be removed from this appointment?

Not that I am aware of. Simply send the appointment out without the "request responses" option active.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Sally asked:
