Stop Appointments being added until there accepted
A user in our organisation has pointed out that if someone invites him to an
appointment, it is immediately added to his calendar. (If he accepts it remains & if he declines its removed). If however no responce is send back then it remains in his calendar. Is there a setting to stop appointments being added, unless he has Accepted the appointment.
