When i go to option calendar options; start of the week is set to Monday and
its grayed out.

Exchange server; i thought it was because of office updates however after
uninstalling office updates from today, the option was still grayed out. any
ideas?

group policy in windows 2003 cannot affect outlook calendar; i dont think its
at the level of sophitication yet;

actually im wrong; you can configure settings for outlook in group policy but
you would have to install the adm files for it. i dont think there is a group
policy but i will have to investigate
