I am assisting a user who has a recurring meeting appointment setup in
Outlook 2003. The main group of attendees are part of a distribution group. However, some of the attendees in this group also get listed individually, as duplicates. In addition, when you look at the Tracking tab, the duplicates show up as optional attendees, but the same individual when viewed under the distribution group shows up as a required attendee. When these individuals send a response and accept the meeting request, the duplicate entry shows that it has responded, but the entry under the distribution group shows that it has not responded. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help anyone can offer. |
