Default How to make both managers and delegates receive meeting requests

In Outlook 2000 when someone was made a delegate for a manager, the meeting
request would go to both the manager and the delegate. In 2003, you have to
turn on the send meeting requests to delegate only for the delegate to
receive meeting requests. I need both the delegate and manager to receive
meeting requests. Is there a way to make this work?
