Default How do I print a 'Work Week' calendar as it appears on screen?

I would like to print a weekly calendar that looks exacly like the 'Work
Week' display in MS Outlook 2003. The view is a spread-sheet type with days
across the top and time vertically on the left. The same type of view is
created on screen in the day view and then pressing 'Alt+5'. I have been
unable to create a printed version of the on-screen view - perhaps it can't
be easily done.

Why not create a screen shot of it with Alt-Print Screen?

If you go to Print in the Calendar, select the Weekly Style under Print
Style. In Page Setup, under Options, set Arrange days to go from Left to
Right. Do a print preview, it should be laid out the way you want.

Hope this is what you're looking for.

Good luck
Rich
