No, we will not email you directly since this is a public news group and
questions asked in the public group are answered in the public group for the
benefit of all, not just one.

Now, you need to provide your version, SP level and what you did prior to it
not working to break it.

Sorry - but adding a new problem to an existing thread will not work.

Start new thread with all the pertinent information and someone may be able
to help.

Did you happen to install the Windows Live Local add-in for Outlook?

Default Calendar will not let me open to make new apt.

I'm having the same problem as DJL. The appointment form is in the standard
forms library but it will not open whether I use a menu, toolbar button,
context menu or just double-click the calendar for that date and time. I
get the same message to contact my administrator. This is a stand alone
computer using a DSL line with Outlook 2003. Within the last month I
upgraded my Pocket PC to use ActivSync 4.2.0 (build 4876) but it's run
without problems up till this past weekend. Any help?

Default Calendar will not let me open to make new apt.

I'm using Outlook from Office 2003 Pro (11.5608.5606) on Windows 2000 Pro
(5.0.2195 SP4, build 2195). I initially drew a blank on what I might have
done but, to bring you up to date, I had updated my firewall...BlackICE,
version 3.6 cpn. Hope that helps!

Default Calendar will not let me open to make new apt.

Have you run Detect and Repair on your Outlook installation? Have you tried
scanpst.exe (second resort)? Third, have you cleared your forms cache?
Fourth, try a new mail profile.
