Hello,
We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 in our office. We have a lot of appointments with customers with several persons from our office. So, when creating an appointment on the telephone with the customer, we look at the different calendars for an appropiate date/time. That works fine. But, I cannot see if another colleague has already invited this person on that date/time for another appointment (unless this person had opened this invitation) Especially, when somebody is on vacation (not reading e-mail..), we have no idea which invitations are pending and meanwhile the calendar looks empty! What I would like is that invitations are visible in the invited persons calendar immediately. This should be a temporary appointment. Is this possible ? Thanks, Henny Slokker |
