Default Calendaring Updates

One of my clients keeps one main calendar and sends updates to other users
calendars. She recntly did an update and sent it out and two of the users did
not receive it. I have checked and these users were included for the updates.
Is there something that may have caused an issue and prevented these two
users from receiving the updates to their calendar.
