Default Help with Viewing Meeting Times

Using Outlook XP in our office. When some people do a new meeting request
and then add the attendees, and the switch to the "Scheduling" tab, some of
the attendees have their meeting times cross-hatched. It is similar to
tentative meeting, but the background is white. I can creating the same
meeting request using another PC and I can then view the attendees other
meeting times with no problems.

Any ideas what would cause this?

Thanks,
James Walker, Jr.
