Is there a way to have a public folder calendar automatically book a user or
distribution list to every meeting request made by staff? For example, if a secretary does a new meeting request, books the room as a resource, adds her attendees, is there a way to have this meeting request, and all others, go to an IT dept distribution list, without users having to add the list as a required attendee? |
