Default Clandering addiding a attandies, and being able to see the data

Guys, I do appreciate if someone can point to a document
when a new appointment is created, and when scheduling is selected, and add
an attendee and seeing that person calendar,
my understanding is , default only filed is visible if certain days are that
person is busy or not, based on that , you ask a meeting to that person,
Data in that person schedule is not visible, unless that person is gave
rights to a person who is doing this.
Please correct me if I am wrong, otherwise if everyone is able to see others
calendar items, I mean the data this would be against privacy.
Do appreciate for any document showing this
Best,
Oz
