I have apointments in my calendar for the months of Sep and Oct, ill be
taking a trip overseas and have it all in my IPAQ aswell. Is there anyway i can print out from outlook on my PC all the apointments maybe a week view or even daily would be ok, just so if my IPAQ fails ill have a hard copy ? Is there anyway to do the above with contacts stored in my contacts aswell? cheers for any help thanks |

Try using the Calendar Details print style.
