Default Separating Shared Calendars

I have shared three calendars with my workgroup. When they try to access the
shared calendars, Outlook 2003 consolidates all three shared calendars. How
can my workgroup access each of my shared calendars individually?

For example, one shared calendar is for workgroup events and another is for
the leave schedule. When my workgroup opens my shared calendar they do not
get to choose the event calendar or the leave calendar--they get one calendar
with all events and all leave schedules. I'd like them to open each calendar
separately.
