Outlook Calendar - Blackberry sync issue
Hello All
We are seeing an issue with changing recurring meetings - when we change 1 instance of a recurring meeting in our calendar, it is not synching with the handheld - if we make the change by double clicking on the meeting, selecting "open this occurrence" and changing the time/date and saving changes to just that instance of the occurence the updated calendar item does not appear in the Calendar in the handheld. Any ideas why this change does not sync up over wireless? Other than that everything seems to be working just fine. Our Environment Exchange 2003 SP2 BES 4.0 Oultook 2003 SP2 on Windows 2000 SP4. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ann
