Would like to have history of recurring appointments that were held, but
delete future ones when situations change and they are no longer needed. My Palm allows this and it is very convenient. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. I have this same problem. If I make any change to the recurrance pattern all
past instances are changed. Anything that is in the past should not be changed. It represents history. The note at the end of the original post indicates that Microsoft will respond to suggestions with the most votes. I did a search for all items related to recurring appointments and there are a lot that don't have numerous posts. However in reading them they are essentially the same problem. I hope that Microsoft will take this into account when they are county votes. The way the recurring appointments works needs to be revisited! My old version of GroupWise handled them better.
