Outlook 2007 has that feature. In fact, there's a list of calendars at http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/t...933421033.aspx -- all using the webcal: URL syntax -- so you can try it out. Download interval settings are managed in the Send/Receive Settings.

Aha thanks for pointing this out. Outlook needs to make this much more
obvious to the end user then! For example if you try and do File - Open Calendar instead of saying you can't open a URL it should tell you it can infact open a URL if you know how! Is there any way to add a web-based calendar other than entering the webcal:// URL in a browser / Start-Run etc? It doesn't seem to be well documented or at all obvious it can even do it! (Other than "Browse Calendars Online", which isn't what I wanted to do, I know where my calendar is I want to add it! ![]() "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Outlook 2007 has that feature. I've just noticed that they're listed under accounts! I still think it would
be more intuitive to have File - Open Calendar able to open them or at least notice what you're trying to do and tell you how to do it "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Outlook 2007 has that feature. You might want to use the Send a Smile/Frown tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...F-7A677D55F274 to send Microsoft feedback on that issue. This tool will transmit your comments and a screenshot back to Microsoft -- like maybe a screenshot of the Calendar navigation pane showing there's no easy command to type in a webcal: URL.
