How do i set up monthly reminders using contact info?
2003 Office Basic
Using my calendar and contacts, I would like to set up a monthly event for all my contacts using the day of their birthday to indicate the day of the event. Example my birthday is on the 30th of the month. I would like outlook to have my name show every month on the 30th as a reacurring event. I need to do it for 6000 contacts. I understand i can do it individually but it will take me 6 months to do with my schedule. Can I actually do this? Small Buisness owner
