Is there a way to get a Public Folder to automatically update appointments?
For example - I set a meeting from 9am-10am and invite the Public Folder. It then goes on to the Public Folder as tentative. Then I change the meeting to be from 11am-12pm. It then puts a second meeting on the Public Folder as tentative. I want it to update the existing appointment-and ideally go on the calendar as accepted. This is Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003 SP2. Thanks in advance! |
