Default Make Calendar entries private by default

I have recently shared my Outlook contacts and calendar so the rest of the
office can see my schedule. I use Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2. I was
wondering if anyone knew how to make all calendar and contact enties private
by default.

Thanks,

Ian

If you are using Exchange and want everyone to see your availability you do
not need to give them any permission. They can see if you are free/busy/out
of office with NO permission. You only need to use Private if you have
given people permission.

From the sound of your question, you need to remove their permissions and
just make appointments in the normal manner (ie not private).

Also teach them how to make Group Schedules and they'll love you for it!

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
