Default open "new appointment" at current time for incidental meeting etc

this is a suggestion for: WHEN OPENING a new appointment on the current day
to install the current time in the "Begin time" box.
Also suggest an OPTION to select the current time in the "end time" box.

why? then the meeting would both start and end now.
