How do i move a meeting date in an email to my outlook calendar?

How is that meeting date sent? A Calendar item in the mail? Simple text?

If a calendar item, double click it. If simple text, right click and drag
to the calendar, select appointment with text and edit the appointment
times, etc. to match the text in the email.
