How can I automaticaly decline all meeting requests to a resource, and
still allow the resource free busy to be seen in the GAL, while allowing 1 user to set up meetings correctly? 1) I have a training room that the coordinator wants to run 'herself' 2) Anyone sending a meeting request to the training room, should be denied and gets a message that says "call me to schedule the room" (that part I have working) - right now the resource puts all requests in as 'tentative' I want them declined automatically. Can I use the AutoAccept from MS to do this. Or is it a configuration or the resource mailbox? Thanks Sgrmac |
