What does the (3) next to calendar mean? How do I access whatever it refers
to?

What does the (3) next to calendar mean?
Is it highlighted in blue? If yes, it is unread items in the folder. To
see what they are, right click on the calendar folder, select Advanced Find and set your criteria for "unread items" to see what they are. More than likely, they are appointment items added from a web page or other non-Outlook source. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
