How can I search the Outlook calendar for appts. in the past?

I work in a law firm and sometimes need to see when a certain event occurred
in the past. I search, but it only searches forward. I tried to use
Advanced Find, but it won't search the shared folder calendar on the network,
only my personal Outlook. Any ideas?

Outlook can only search one information store at a time. If you want to
search the public shared folder, you must select only that folder to search.
