We are using 2003 Small Business server with Exchange and Outlook 2003.
Is there a way to view what other peoples appointments actually are? Other peoples appointments appear as just bars in the calender. Can we have the calender show what the appointment is for other people? Thanks so much! |

Right click your Calendar folder | Properties | Permissions. There you can
set access levels for your team to Reviewer level and they'll be able to see the details of your meetings in a few ways: Make Group Schedules and they can see your meeting details Invite you to a meeting and on the Schedule Tab they'll see the details of your meetings (make sure to turn that setting on "show Calendar details at the bottom of the Schedule Tab) Obviously your colleagues can do the same thing to give you permission to see their Calendar details.
