Default How do I print/view appointment start & end times on month Calende

I want to do staff scheduling using Outlook appointments. What it does is
gives me a start time, I also want an end time. I can type in the title
person, start and end times but I can't get rid of the programs start time.

I get 8:00am Steve 8:00-4:30
I Need 8:00am 4:30pm Steve Or Steve 8:00-4:30

This is not exactly the answer you may be seeking, but
it is a very great tool to use and may be your solution:

"My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
Customizable Word template for generating Outlook
weekly and monthly calendars.

This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.
