Default More flexibility in recurring patterns in Outlook Calendar

I would like to be able to add a recurring appointment that happens, in this
case, on the 5th Sunday of a given month. This means it would happen 4x per
year, in the average year. Currently I can only choose 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or
last Sunday (or other day of the week). If I choose last, this gives me 12
events: 4 on the 5th Sunday, and 8 on the 4th Sunday.
Previous versions of Outlook or Schedule +, I think, may have had the "5th"
option. Can this be added in?

It was never in outlook - not sure about schedule+. It's not in the next
version, so don't hold your breath.
