I have a business trip coming up. I have notes that I want to use. When I
print my schedule, the tasks and notes box appear on the right side. How do I make the notes I have show up in that box? |

I don't think that box is for anything other than handwritten notes.

Write them in by hand. That "notes" box on a calendar printout is for your handwritten notes.
