Default Calendar Formatting

Hi!
One of ways that we use the calendar is to invite others to meetings. Then during the meeting, the minutes of the meeting (along with formatted levels) are written in the calendar notes. After the minutes are complete, it is sent to all.

Now the problem: All the recipients of the meeting update (with the minutes) receive the notes without any indentation.

How do I send the indentation formatting so that all the recipients receive it properly?

Many thanks for any help on this issue!

Ernie
