Which specific format? What is in Outlook is all you get - but you can try

Specifically... The default Outlook 2003 monthly format. There were no week
dates to the left of the first day of the week, the saturday/sunday (weekend) was printed in one square not two. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Which specific format?
